Today’s recipe is a super simple and quick breakfast recipe. Soak the chia seeds overnight in the fridge and in the morning all you have to do is blend the persimmon and you’re done. A delicious and nutritious breakfast that doesn’t take more than 5 minutes to throw together.

Once I can spot the first persimmons in the stores during fall I always jump at them and buy a few. They taste so amazingly sweet and are a great addition to your morning granola or smoothie. They also contain lots of provitamin A and nutrients. Just overall a healthy and satisfying breakfast dish.
