Preheat the oven to 200°C/350°F.

For the hummus place all ingredients in a kitchen machine and mix finely. Put aside.

In separate bowls mix sweet potatoes and zucchinis with a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Put the sweet potatoes on a baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes. Add the zucchinis after 10 minutes to the same tray and bake for remaining 5 minutes along with the sweet potatoes.

In the mean time prepare the mushrooms.

Heat olive oil in a pot and add the button mushrooms, minced garlic, pizza spice, salt and pepper. Fry for a minute and take off the heat.

The smoked tofu can be served cold or hot as per your liking. If you prefer it hot, place it in a oven-proof dish and heat under the broiler in the oven.

Serve all different components in a bowl and garnish as you like. Enjoy your bowl of goodness!
