Chocolate-coconut (n)ice cream

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao
  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 125 grams coconut yoghurt
  • cocoa nibs coconut flakes, fruits for garnishing


  1. Slice bananas and freeze for 12 hours or overnight.
  2. Mix frozen bananas, cocoa, coconut flakes in a kitchen machine until creamy. Layer with coconut yoghurt in a glas or serve with passion fruit, strawberries, melon. Sprinkle with cocoa nibs and coconut flakes.
