Crunchy granola

Ingredients

  • 3 cups oats, gluten-free or regular ones
  • 1 cup buckwheat groats
  • 1/2 cup flaxseeds
  • 1 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes
  • 1 cup chopped dry dates
  • 4 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp date syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C/375°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Place onto a baking sheet and bake on the middle rack for 10-15 minutes. Stir in between to roast everything equally.
