Crunchy granola
Ingredients

oats,
gluten-free or regular ones

cup
buckwheat groats
1/2
cup
flaxseeds
1
cup
almonds,
chopped
1
cup
sunflower seeds
1/2
cup
coconut flakes
1
cup
chopped dry dates
4
tbsp
coconut oil
3
tbsp
date syrup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C/375°F.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Place onto a baking sheet and bake on the middle rack for 10-15 minutes. Stir in between to roast everything equally.
