Ginger hummus with sun-dried tomatoes

Ingredients

glas/can chickpeas,
about 350 grams
1
garlic clove

sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil

-long piece of ginger

olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon

ml
water
Salt and black pepper
Instructions
Drain chickpeas and place in a food processor along will all other ingredients. Mix until creamy. If you prefer it thicker or more runny, adjust the water according to your liking.
