Chai-spiced overnight chia oats

Servings 1 -2

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats, gluten-free or regular
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups cashew milk or almond milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp ground vanilla
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients. Add cashew milk and maple syrup and mix thoroughly. Cover and place in the fridge overnight. Serve the next morning with fruits etc.
