ground flax seeds

tofu

corn flour

salt and pepper
olive oil for frying
Instructions
Mix flax seeds with 8 tbsp of water and leave to soak for 10 minutes.
Mash tofu with a fork and mix together with all other ingredients. Heat olive oil in a pan and form patties with your hands. Fry on both sides until golden-brown.
