I love them in bread, granola, smoothies and in this great pudding recipe. The best about this recipe is that it&#8217;s easily prepared. You just soak the chia seeds over night and the next morning breakfast is ready! Perfect for when you don&#8217;t have time to make anything. It&#8217;s also great to take on the-go or to office.<\/p>\n<p>Chia seeds are little miracle seeds full of fibre, calcium, magnesium, iron and omega-3 fatty acids. They expand in liquids and keep you full for long.
